Your next step is to join the PTO.  First, complete the Parent and Student Information Forms.  Completing this form will give us the information we need to keep you informed about events and announcements relevant to your family.  It will also ensure that you receive TEAM announcements and that all members of your family will benefit from the family membership in PTO.

Next, to become a PTO member, you must complete the 2023-2024 PHS PTO Family and TEAM Membership forms.  For $20 you will be contributing to our annual budget and have access to our online directory.  Additionally, if you support your child's TEAM, that money goes directly into your child's class account and benefits your child with fun "perks" that accumulate each year to provide a fun and memorable senior year!

After completing the Family Information and PHS PTO Family Membership Forms, be sure to proceed to checkout to submit payment.  All payments can be made using a credit card, debit card, or Pay Pal.
